BMH Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine welcomes new surgeon

Brattleboro Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, a medical practice of Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, recently welcomed Timothy Kelley, MD, to its team of orthopaedic surgeons.

Kelley is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, and earned his medical degree from UMass Chan Medical School, also in Worcester. In August, Kelley completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Taos Orthopaedic Institute in Taos, NM.

Gifford Health Care lands local cardiologist Bruce Andrus

After a successful 20-year career at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, cardiologist Bruce Andrus, MD, is joining Gifford Health Care in Randolph on a full-time basis.

During his tenure at Dartmouth Hitchcock, Andrus served as a consulting cardiologist at Gifford, providing outreach once a week. As a full-time employee at Gifford, he will focus on clinical cardiology and contribute to optimizing Gifford’s cardiovascular systems of care.

Blatman joins Gravel & Shea as litigation associate

David Blatman, a 2022 graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston, has joined the Burlington law firm Gravel & Shea as a litigation associate. His practice encompasses all areas of litigation.

Blatman is a first lieutenant in the Marine Corps Individual Ready Reserve and has worked with the Marine Corps Victims' Legal Counsel Organization providing assistance to survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.

Open Approach taps Sterzinar to lead new-business development

Open Approach, an information technology services provider in Burlington, has hired Chris Sterzinar as new-client relationship manager. Sterzinar joins Open Approach from PayData Workforce Solutions in Colchester, where he served as regional sales manager.

In his new role, Sterzinar will help Open Approach seek out untapped business opportunities and develop new business relationships. He has over 30 years of business development and customer service experience and has a passion for working with local Vermont businesses.
