Goodwill Northern New England in Gorham, Maine, has promoted Rachel Teachout to store manager in Williston. The nonprofit serves the states of Maine and New Hampshire as well as nine northern counties in Vermont.

Devin Cowette, former vice president and portfolio manager at Bar Harbor Wealth Management, has joined Ledyard National Bank as senior portfolio manager within the Ledyard Financial Advisors division.

Jeremy Baker, fleet and safety manager at rk MILES, has been appointed to a two-year term as president of the board of directors at the Vermont Retail Lumber Dealers Association.

Baker said his goal will be to continue the board’s focus on workforce development in the building trades and to support VRLDA’s efforts to be a conduit between state legislators and technical career centers throughout the state.
