The University of Vermont Health Network — Home Health & Hospice has appointed Christine Werneke as its next president and chief operating officer. Werneke has served as interim president during the search for a permanent successor to Adrianne Johnson Ross, who stepped down from the role in January.

Nancy Gray, regional managing director for the Americas of Aon's captive and insurance management practice, and Sandy Bigglestone, deputy commissioner of the captive insurance division at the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation, were voted to the first and third spots, respectively, of Captive Review's Power 50 rankings earlier this year.
