ReArch Construction in South Burlington has added two new team members and promoted two outstanding leaders, supporting the company’s continued growth and commitment to delivering exceptional results. ReArch welcomes Steve DeVries as Project Manager and Shawn Williams as Estimating Coordinator. Steve brings more than 15 years of construction management experience, including oversight of complex projects nationwide, strengthening ReArch’s ability to deliver complex projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Tawnya Kristen, a veteran nonprofit leader with a long history of community involvement and collaboration in Central Vermont, has joined the Board of Trustees at University of Vermont Health – Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin. Kristen, who joined the Board in January, is executive director of Green Mountain United Way, where she leads regional initiatives focused on improving community well-being, strengthening partnerships and expanding Vermonters’ access to essential resources. 

Community National Bank (CNB) President and CEO Christopher Caldwell has named Sarah Fleischer to her new position as Treasury and Municipal Specialist. Sarah started her career at Derby-based bank as a teller in December of 2022 until she accepted the position of Treasury and Municipal Specialist in January 2026. Prior to starting at CNB, Sarah worked as an Office Manager at Seven Days Newspaper, Operations Manager at a Marriott hotel, managed the kitchen at Capitol Grounds Cafe and was a co-owner of a painting company.
