Cyndi Freeman joins Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty

Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Cyndi Freeman has joined the company’s South Burlington office as a realtor. Freeman brings more than 30 years of diverse, professional and personal experience to the real estate community.

Freeman has owned and operated her own wedding and portrait photography business for the past 20 years and worked in marketing and sales for her husband's company, Vermont Rolling Pins. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont and is currently serving a three-year term on the South Burlington Recreation and Parks Committee.

Ledyard Financial Advisors welcomes new chief lending officer

Kimberly Lebron, former chief credit officer at Thomaston Savings Bank, has joined Ledyard Financial Advisors as executive vice president and chief lending officer. In her new role, Lebron is responsible for leading the commercial lending and credit teams, with a key focus on expanding and deepening relationships.

Lebron brings to Ledyard more than 30 years' experience in the financial industry. She had served in various lending-related position at Thomaston since 2003.

UVM taps Chris Lehman to lead human resources

Chris Lehman has been hired as chief human resources officer at the University of Vermont, bringing 25 years of HR leadership experience to the state’s flagship land-grant university. He began his new duties Aug. 28.

Lehman joined UVM from Ohio-based OTC Industrial Technologies, where he also served as chief human resources officer. He has led HR teams in a variety of manufacturing and industrial settings, with extensive experience engaging with diverse workforces.
