Out in the Open’s HB Lozito to receive Con Hogan Award
HB Lozito, executive director of Brattleboro-based Out in the Open, a grassroots advocacy organization of and for rural LGBTQ+ people in Vermont, has been named winner of this year's Con Hogan Award for Creative, Entrepreneurial Community Leadership by The Vermont Community Foundation.

Dixon appointed chair of Department of Medicine at UVM medical college
Pulmonologist Anne Dixon, a professor of medicine at the University of Vermont, has been appointed chair of the Department of Medicine at UVM's Larner College of Medicine. Dixon had been serving as interim chair since October 2022.
