Connor Timmons, former executive director of the Common Ground Center, has been named executive director of HomeShare Vermont, a nonprofit organization that helps seniors, adults with disabilities and others remain at home by matching them with individuals seeking living space in exchange for paying rent, performing light housework or a combination of the two. Timmons succeeds Kirby Dunn, who retired after serving as executive director for 23 years.

North Country Hospital in Newport has named Kyle Kovacevich as chief financial officer and welcomed Dr. Omar El-Ghazzawy to its general surgery practice.

Kovacevich joins North Country from Black River Memorial Hospital in Black River Falls, Wisconsin, where he served as chief financial officer and risk officer. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Texas A&M University, a bachelor's in accounting from Western Governors University and a finance MBA from the University of North Texas.
