Vermont State Police A Burlington police officer is facing charges arising from a shooting that occurred Aug. 10, 2025, in Burlington. The Vermont State Police investigated the early morning shooting, in which no one was injured, and forwarded the case to the Vermont Attorney General’s Office for review.
