Vermont State Police The Washington County State’s Attorney’s Office has filed an additional charge of involuntary manslaughter against Satnam Singh, 24, of Brampton, Ontario, arising from this incident. He is expected to be arraigned on the new charge at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, in the Criminal Division of Vermont Superior Court in Barre.
