Essex Junction, VT (September 20, 2007)-- Revision Eyewear, developers of purpose-built military eyewear, have moved their Williston, Vermont operations to a new state-of-the-art facility in Essex Junction, Vermont. The move was necessitated by Revisions dynamic growth in the marketplace for superior ballistic eyewear protection for the military and law enforcement agencies. The move to larger facilities allows Revision to continue on its growth trajectory. As part of the move, Revision also went live with a new ERP system that will provide Revision with increased scalability as the company moves ahead.
August 29th, marked the official opening of the new office with a ribbon cutting ceremony performed by Vermont's Senator Leahy and Revision's CEO, Jonathan Blanshay. A tour of the facility followed, followed by a facility tour.

Exterus Technology for Business of Shelburne announced that Jay Pilcer was hired as Director of Sales, VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). VoIP is the technology where regular voice calls are sent over a companies computer network instead of traditional phone lines. Mr. Pilcer comes to Exterus Technology for Business with over 25 years of experience in sales, business development and customer service. Prior to joining Exterus he spent the last 5 years responsible for the sale of mail room equipment to the business market throughout the state of Vermont. Previously, Mr. Pilcer spent 9 years in Washington, DC working in the Internet industry helping Fortune 100 companies like Kelloggs, National Geographic, M & M Mars and Mercedes Benz to develop and implement their first generation corporate web sites. Mr. Pilcer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Vermont.

Grand Re-opening Celebration at Sports & Fitness Edge of Essex
Essex, Vermont/ September 17, 2007- On September 22, 2007 the Sports & Fitness Edge hosted a GRAND RE-OPENING celebration at their Essex location. All were welcome to attend this event at 4 Gauthier Drive in Essex.
This event will showcase the newly renovated facility, which includes a large state-of-the-art fitness space featuring brand new equipment and a cardio theater, in addition to three new studios for group fitness classes. BURLINGTON, Vt.--At Champlain College's Convocation ceremony on the afternoon of September 10, President David F. Finney bestowed the College's 2007 Distinguished Citizen Award on Roxane Leopold, the former executive director of the King Street Youth Center in Burlington.
The award is given annually by the College to a person who displays exceptional personal and professional achievement, a strong record of community service, and dynamic leadership based on equal parts intelligence and wit, creativity and humility.
Finney told Champlain freshmen, faculty and staff that what distinguishes Leopold is the spirit she brought to King Street during her 22 years of leadership. "Roxane's genuine love for her fellow human beings and her devotion to children became the core of the King Street Youth Center, and gave that space life and a sense of being," he said.
