UVM Health job eliminations impact 142 total positions

Vermont Business Magazine University of Vermont Health today informed employees that 142 positions have been eliminated. Of those, 76 positions have been permanently eliminated, and 66 will be posted as new roles with restructured job descriptions.

Ski Vermont reports strongest skier visits since 2014-15

New owners of Vermont meat processing business plan for local growth

Vermont Business Magazine For years, limited meat processing capacity in Vermont has forced many farmers to sell their livestock out of state. A recent ownership transition at a meat processing plant in North Springfield aims to change that by helping ensure locally raised meats can continue to be processed, packaged, and sold in Vermont.
