VHB is pleased to welcome Zack Clark to the Vermont office as a Civil Site Designer/Environmental Scientist. In this role Zack will support the Vermont office’s Environmental and Land Development teams with permitting needs on various public and private projects. Zack graduated from the University of Vermont with a BS in Environmental Science with a focus in ecological design.
He has close to five years of professional experience in the preparation of various permitting applications, construction oversight/engineering and environmental engineering review. Prior to joining VHB, Zack was an Environmental Engineer/Project Manager at Ruggiano Engineering, Inc. where he prepared site plans for a variety of development projects and was responsible for the preparation of a variety of State of Vermont permit applications for a range of projects.
