Robert Nichols recently joined VHB’s Land Development Team as Lead CADD designer. He brings close to 15 years of public land development design experience, most recently serving as a Senior Designer for Timmons Group in Richmond, Virginia where he was responsible for developing construction documents utilizing the latest versions of Autodesk products, enforcing and developing company CAD standards and file management policies, and training junior engineers and new hires in AutoCAD and Autodesk Civil 3D.
Additionally, Robert served in the Virginia Army National Guard as a Combat Engineer where he received HAZMAT, confined space, search and rescue, and demolition and explosives training.
