Vermont’s largest car dealership remains Ahead of the Curve

The Automaster has announced that Dan Caffry has been appointed to the position of Delivery Specialist for their Honda franchise.

A new program recently introduced by Honda, the role of the Delivery Specialist is strictly limited to customer education and experience.

“Clearly the car industry has exploded with new technology over the past few years, and Honda is a leading example of that. There’s so much more to consider and to know about a car and its specific features these days, especially when it comes to the integration of new technology. It’s changed the car buying process dramatically and it make sense to have a specialist within the company whose sole focus is to review all the details, features and benefits with the customer both before and after the sale to ensure they get the most out of their investment,” said Dale Fillion, General Manager at The Automaster.

“Dan has already proven to be a great asset to the sales staff and he’s taken on this new role with great style. Our customers love him and it makes them more relaxed to have someone explain things to them and not feel they are being sold on something,” Fillion expanded.

A life-long automobile enthusiast, Caffry most recently worked at another local car dealership.

“My role as delivery specialist is to know absolutely everything about every Honda model. Delivery Specialists aren’t involved in sales at any level. My role is to make sure that the customer is knowledgeable, comfortable and confident with every feature of their vehicle from technology to performance and maintenance. This often takes place prior to them working with sales, during delivery, and after they’ve purchased their vehicle.” Caffry noted.
