Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Vermont Realty Group has hired Hugo Gamarra as vice president/general manager and Jim Feinson as chief growth officer.
Gamarra will oversee day-to-day operations of Vermont Realty Group and implement business growth plans. Previously, he spent almost 24 years with Bombardier Recreational Products, with steadily increasing responsibility in sales management and dealer network development in both the US and internationally. For the last three years, he served with the Air National Guard as chief enlisted manager overseeing human resources, recruiting and retention.
Feinson retired from Gardener’s Supply Company in January 2021 after more than 30 years of service, the last 20 years as president and CEO. He currently serves as corporate director and strategic adviser to several businesses, focusing on strategic planning; growth strategies; startups; mergers and acquisitions; and employee ownership and ownership succession. He will focus on business development for Vermont Realty Group.
