The Vermont Agency FoundationTM hosts the 4th annual All Charity Classic

The Vermont Agency FoundationTM recently hosted its 4th annual All Charity Classic at Burlington Country Club. Twenty-four teams participated, each playing on behalf of the charity of their choice. Cash prizes totaling $44,000 were awarded to the represented charities.

Randy Raner, President of the Vermont Agency Foundation referred to August 17th as “a day of giving.” “This event was about supporting local charities, those that have an impact on the lives of children. It was an amazing day that reinforced the giving spirit Vermonters are known for. We are grateful to our volunteers, golfers, and valued sponsors who continue to support our mission and make this event such a success. We can’t thank them enough.”

“Every charity represented received a donation. Every person that played made an impact,” said Pam Lambert, Foundation Director. “This year we added a non-profit village for the represented charities. This provided them with the opportunity to share their message and earn additional cash prizes based on the creativity of their display.”

The largest donations were made to the following charities based on team and individual results:

Vermont Children’s Trust Foundation, $20,000

Fight Like Frank Foundation, $9,000

The Intervale Center, $5,500

Since 2005, The Vermont Agency FoundationTM has been committed to conducting activities that engage the community and support their mission: “To Dramatically Impact the Lives of Children.” Since inception with the help of countless volunteers and generous donors more than $400,000 has been donated to local charities
