A sixth generation LeBoeuf moves into a leadership role at one of Vermont’s oldest family owned General Contracting Firms, H.J. LeBoeuf & Son, Inc. (HJL). The firm was established in 1888 serving building needs in Addison and Chittenden County and beyond.
Tom LeBoeuf, nephew of the firm’s President Norman LeBoeuf, has been with the company for more than eight years, learning the business from the ground up. Recently he was promoted to Vice President of Project Development reflecting the continued natural evolution of the firm focusing more on building and contracting than on design.
“Tom’s parents are both architects and he has grown to be an exceptional carpenter and builder. His knowledge of what an architect or designer needs coupled with his work ethic and expertise in renewable and energy efficient construction put him in a perfect position to take HJL to the next level”, said company President Norman LeBoeuf.
Together Tom and Norm have 60+ years of construction experience and talent developed over a lifetime allowing them to provide precision, efficiency, and knowledge for any project. Tom brings a total of fifteen years of field experience in the industry enabling him to execute all construction phases on the job while maintaining cost-effective budgets that are highly competitive. Norman’s 45+ years of construction experience has benefited numerous projects across the region containing a wide variety of details and designs. Their combined talent and expertise allow HJL to deliver the best possible service to their customers which has been a hallmark of the business going back generations.
