Ryan McGowan, former program manager at the Howard Center, has joined Detail Works in Williston — an enterprise of Spectrum Youth & Family Services — as general manager. In his new position, McGowan ensures the business provides premium car detailing services, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
At Howard Center, McGowan managed and supervised comprehensive services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, trauma and autism spectrum disorder. Prior to working there, he served for 17 years as general manager at a local restaurant, where he led all aspects of the business, from operations and customer service to marketing and financial management.
