ReArch Co. welcomes two employees, promotes two others

South Burlington construction company ReArch recently welcomed two new employees and promoted two others currently on staff.

New members joining the company are:

  • Josh Perkins (top photo), Assistant Superintendent. Perkins has more than seven years' experience leading construction projects across Virginia, Vermont and New Hampshire. Prior to joining ReArch, he served as project manager and superintendent at Cold River Bridges in Walpole, New Hampshire. Perkins has a strong background in industrial mechanics and welding, and served for four years in the Marine Corps.
  • Ryan Ose (bottom photo), Senior Project Engineer. Ose has experience in contract administration, submittal review, document control and change order management. Before joining ReArch, he served as senior project engineer at Balfour Beatty in Richmond, Virginia. In his new role, he works closely with project managers to ensure smooth communication between field staff and the design team. He is a graduate of Vermont State University (formerly Vermont Technical College).

Current employees earning promotions are:

  • Nicole Benton, Project Manager. Benton, who joined ReArch in 2021 as assistant project manager, has earned recognition for her unwavering commitment to the success of the OnLogic Project. In addition, she recently spearheaded an initiative to bring the National Association of Women in Construction to Vermont. In her new role, Benton will play a vital role in optimizing project execution, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
  • Matt Moulton, Assistant Superintendent. Moulton joined ReArch in August 2022 as a carpenter and was promoted to foreman shortly after that. As assistant superintendent, he shares the responsibility for delivering every project on time, within budget and according to established quality standards. He works closely with superintendents to manage onsite logistics and communication with the team.
