Chris Page of Waite-Heindel Environmental Management passed the State of Vermont Licensed Designer Exam Type B exam and has been promoted to Licensed Designer. Chris has been a Staff Scientist and Project Manager at Waite-Heindel since 2012 and specializes in water quality, contaminated property management, soil science and wetlands.
