• Members: Stephen Pitkin (Albany); Colleen Kellogg (Charleston); Kirwin Flanders (East Haven); Robert Guyer (Morgan); Claudette Sortino (Ryegate); Alan Ruggles (St. Johnsbury); Robert Langlands (Troy)
• Towns without appointed members: Burke, Danville, Groton, Bloomfield, Brunswick, Lemington, Maidstone, Holland, and Jay.
