Combining over 35 years of practice in estate and elder law, Glenn A. Jarrett and Jennifer R. Luitjens, concentrate their South Burlington practice on the many aspects of estate planning, elder law, special needs planning, long term care planning and probate and trust administration. Both partners are Certified as Elder Law Attorneys (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation, an organization accredited by the American Bar Association. There are fewer than 500 attorneys in the United States who have been so certified.
Attorney Glenn A. Jarrett has practiced law for many years and has limited his practice to estate and elder law since 2001. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Vermont Bar Association, where he is the Chair of the Association’s Elder Law Section. He is a member of the Board of CVAA, (the Champlain Valley Agency on Aging) and a member of VERG, the Vermont Elder Resource Group. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Jarrett is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner.
Attorney Jennifer R. Luitjens has practiced exclusively in the field of estate planning and elder law since 1996. She is a member of the Vermont Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), is a past President of the Vermont Chapter of NAELA and has served on the Board of Directors for National Elder Law Foundation (NELF) and various NELF committees. Attorney Luitjens is also a member of VERG, the Vermont Elder Resource Group.
