Ms. Tayag is dedicated to consistent improvement, and has extensive industry experience. The community, which opened in July, includes Independent, Assisted and Reflections Memory Care options for local seniors.
Of her twenty-four years of professional experience, Ms. Tayag has spent twelve working in the healthcare industry, specifically in business management. Her ability to promote inter-department connections, and foster positive relations with other employees has precipitated success within those companies. Ms. Tayag brings valuable skills and drive to The Residence at Quarry Hill, aiding the community in launching and achieving sustainable performance.
Independent Living residents at The Residence at Quarry Hill enjoy private apartments with a kitchenette and bath, along with the peace of mind of 24-hour security, two nutritious meals prepared and served “Anytime Dining” style on-site, fitness center, available laundry and cleaning services, a full activities program, building and grounds maintenance, and a host of optional services. Assisted living residents will have all of the above, along with assistance with the activities of daily living, including dressing bathing, medication reminders, three meals per day and other services.
The community includes LCB’s renowned Reflections Memory Care services for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory impairments. In addition to offering sophisticated cognitive programming and a range of daily services, Reflections is a secure, safe environment with its own common areas, walking courtyard, and other amenities. All programming was developed in collaboration with the Harvard Medical School and Brigham & Women’s Hospital.
