Cutler and Nachwalter join TPW Real Estate

Licensed Sales Associate Greg Cutler has joined the Manchester Center office of TPW Real Estate. With a background in sales, marketing, nonprofit management, and social media management, he brings a wide range of experience to TPW and its clients. Before becoming a licensed Realtor, he handled long-term home rentals in the area for several years. In addition to working in real estate, Cutler is a professional voice actor who can be heard throughout the US and abroad on both terrestrial media outlets and online via Pandora Internet Radio. Greg Cutler is based in TPW’s Manchester office, located at 4903 Main Street, Manchester Center, VT 05255. For information about real estate sales or rentals, he can be contacted via email at [email protected] or by phone at 802-366-1430, ext. 1041.

Elliott Nachwalter, a longtime Arlington entrepreneur, artist, and outdoorsman, has joined TPW Real Estate as a Licensed Sales Associate. Elliott brings both breadth and depth of experience to the burgeoning Real Estate Sales & Rentals group, as the firm continues to expand and flourish all across South Central Vermont and beyond. Elliott Nachwalter will be based in TPW’s Manchester office, located at 4903 Main Street, Manchester Center, VT 05255. For information about real estate sales or rentals, he can be contacted via email at [email protected] or by phone at 802-366-1430, ext. 1040.

TPW CEO Paul W. Carroccio says, “As our family firm continues to grow and expand into a uniquely positioned one-stop-shopping service provider for real estate sales and rentals as well as property management and resort community services, we are proud to be able to attract knowledgeable, service-oriented people like Greg to our team of Realtors. Greg’s wealth of experience and practical know-how will be a strong asset to TPW and especially to our customers throughout Southern and Central Vermont.” “Greg’s longstanding involvement in community activities and town government gives him a familiarity with everyday life in Vermont that can’t be beat,” adds Annie Bessette, Principal Broker of TPW. “His knowledge of the area will serve him well as he works with buyers, sellers, and renters in this wonderful place we call home, and we are thrilled to welcome him to the TPW family.”

Originally from Boston, Cutler moved to Manchester in 2009 with his wife, Tina, who cofounded Take Five Childcare in Manchester and now runs her own personal organization business. They have three children, with the youngest still in the Manchester school system. Cutler is currently a member of the Manchester Select Board and has served on Manchester’s Design Advisory Board, the Development Review Board, and the boards of directors for the Dorset Chamber of Commerce and Manchester Youth Baseball; he also has coached youth baseball and basketball. A guitar player with the local band Muddy Hollow plus a self-described “senior snowboarder with a history dating back to the earliest days of the sport,” Cutler thoroughly enjoys life here in Southern Vermont.

“How great is it to live in one of the most beautiful places in Vermont where thousands of people vacation every year?” he says. “Life is all about the choices we make. If you’d rather spend hours in traffic instead of breathing fresh air, drinking water from your faucet instead of a plastic bottle, waving to people you actually know, eating the freshest farm-to-table food in the world, and sleeping like you did when you were a baby, then I guess small mountain town living isn’t right for you ... Oh wait, I think I just let the secret out of the bag!!”

TPW Principal Broker Annie Bessette welcomes this latest addition: “We are thrilled to have Elliott join our dynamic and growing team of Realtors. With his background and experience, his warm, engaging personality and natural people skills, and his business acumen, he will be a great asset and we couldn’t be happier to welcome him to TPW and our Manchester office.”

Paul W. Carroccio, CEO of TPW and a Licensed Sales Associate himself, concurs: “Elliott has lived in Arlington for more than 25 years and is very active in the community and beyond. As our real estate sales and rentals enterprise continues to expand into new geographic areas, his local and regional knowledge will be invaluable in helping our customers buy, sell, or rent in Southern Vermont. Elliott has a keen sense of the good life in Vermont—and that is a real advantage as a salesperson when working with buyers and sellers!”

Nachwalter has deep roots in the area, having created and managed several local businesses over the past three decades. He began as an artisan pipemaker, crafting fine handmade briar pipes while working out of a studio in Arlington (which he also built with his own hands) perched above the Battenkill. Over the years he has also been a restaurateur, a graphic artist, and founder and CEO of BLD Designs Inc. in Manchester. With a bachelor’s degree in social science from Johnson State College, his background includes experience in sales, marketing, PR, advertising, social media, and creative strategizing. After pursuing diverse and interesting professional and personal opportunities, he recently decided to get back into the real estate business.

“I value working one-on-one with clients,” Nachwalter says. “I chose to come on board with TPW because their ‘service-first’ philosophy aligns so well with the way I believe in doing business. It’s all about building relationships. Buying a Vermont home is one of the most exciting things you can do, and how great to be a part of that!”
