Shelley Quinn, director of the customer care center and cash management sales at Community Bank, has been promoted to vice president of retail banking, strategy and analytics at the full-service financial institution. In her new role, Quinn will be responsible for branch location analytics, reporting, efficiency, new products and goal setting.

Quinn is a graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She serves as a board member and treasurer at the Family Center of Washington County and previously served as treasurer for the Montpelier Roxbury School District.
