Mr. Cooper graduated from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa, where he went on to work as an attorney at Galligan & Reid, PC. He most recently worked as a regulatory compliance attorney at Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont. He will continue his practice in BA&M’s Business Transactions group.
