White + Burke Real Estate project manager earns MBA

White + Burke Real Estate Investment Advisors, Inc. has announced that Stephanie T. Hainley completed her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Champlain College in July 2012.
Stephanie is a project manager at White + Burke and joined the company in 2006. She has managed several projects including the development of three approved Tax Increment Financing Districts for Vermont municipalities, the permitting of a Hannaford Supermarket in Bradford, VT, and the permitting of the new showroom at Shearer Audi. She was instrumental in the successful development of the Healthy Living Natural Foods Market relocation in South Burlington, the Lowe's Home Centers development in Essex, the expansion of the Radiation Oncology department at Fletcher Allen Health Care, as well as the redevelopment of the Merchants Bank branch on Shelburne Road in South Burlington.
Stephanie received a B.A. from the University of Vermont in 2006. She is a President of Burlington Business & Professional Women, is a corporator for Northfield Savings Bank, is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce's Regional Affairs Committee, and sits on the board of directors for the Northfield Savings Bank Foundation.
White + Burke has been providing clients with a strategic blend of consulting and brokerage services since 1990. The firm is well known for tackling some of the largest and most difficult real estate challenges in Vermont, including Fletcher Allen Health Care’s Renaissance Project, Onion River Coop City Market, and the redevelopment of Essex Town Plaza.
The firm’s current assignments include the Trader Joe's project in South Burlington, permitting the Village Master Plan build-out at the base of Killington mountain, the development of a Hannaford Supermarket in Hinesburg, VT, consulting to municipalities for Tax Increment Financing applications, and ongoing consulting to Fletcher Allen Health Care.
