White + Burke Real Estate Investment Advisors, Inc. announces the hiring of Gail Henderson-King as project manager

White + Burke Real Estate Investment Advisors, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Gail Henderson-King to the company in the position of Project Manager. Gail works as a part of the team of consultants to execute projects for clients' commercial real estate developments. Gail is a licensed landscape architect. Prior to joining White + Burke she was with Lamoureux & Dickinson Civil Engineers, was the planning director for the Town of Milton, and was a senior design associate with the landscape architectural firm of Dunn Associates. She is the past President of the Vermont Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects, has served on the Alumni Board for College of the Atlantic, and was chair of the Shelburne Neighborhood Paths Committee. Gail holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Ecology from College of the Atlantic and a Masters in Landscape Architecture from Cornell University. Gail lives in Shelburne with her husband, son, and golden retriever.

The firm is well known for tackling some of the largest and most difficult real estate challenges in Vermont, including Fletcher Allen Health Care’s Renaissance Project, Onion River Coop City Market, and the redevelopment of Essex Town Plaza.

The firm’s current assignments include the development of a Trader Joe's in South Burlington, the redevelopment of the City of St. Albans downtown core, the development of a Hannaford Supermarket in Hinesburg, and asset management on behalf of Fletcher Allen Health Care.
