Real estate brokers Sarah Peluso and Steve Foster were recently installed as president and president-elect, respectively, on the Vermont Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
Peluso is a full-time licensed broker at IPJ Real Estate in Middlebury, where she has been the firm's top producer in Addison County each year since 2011. Foster is a licensed broker at Hickey and Foster Real Estate in Stowe, where he focuses primarily on commercial and investment properties.
The VAR board represents nine local Boards of Realtors and more than 2,100 realtor and affiliate members across the state.
“Our 2023 board of directors represents diverse perspectives across the real estate industry,” said VAR Chief Executive Officer Kathy Sweeten. “The expertise and experience they bring to the table will help VAR advance its mission to provide valuable resources to our members and to be a leading advocate for home ownership in our state.”
