Dwight Decoster, Meghan Fay-McCaffrey and Liz DiMarco Weinmann have been appointed to three-year terms on the Vermont Adult Learning Board of Trustees.
Decoster, weatherization director at the Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity, brings to the board diverse expertise in education, employment counsel, corporate/business management, nonprofit management, programming, evaluation and training. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont.
Fay-McCaffrey, network director of provider operations at the University of Vermont Health Network, boasts a professional background in employment counseling; corporate and nonprofit management; fundraising; and human resources leadership. She is a graduate of Vermont State University.
Weinmann is founder, creator and owner of the independent management consulting firm BEAM-Impact Generator. Her expertise spans nonprofit management, fundraising, strategic planning and organizational development. She is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia and holds an MBA in finance and leadership from NYU Stern School of Business.
