Nick Lizotte joins BlackRock Construction and KW Vermont

Nick Lizotte has joined BlackRock Construction as managing principal. In addition, Lizotte, a real estate sales professional from Stowe, has joined KW Vermont. As managing principal, Lizotte will be responsible for the growth of BlackRock Construction by creating an investment focus, acquisition strategy, analyzing development opportunities, and overseeing their capital raising efforts. At KW Vermont, Lizotte will continue to help buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs, while growing and leading his real estate team.

Lizotte has over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry, ranging from buying and selling residential homes, to the acquisition and de-listing of REITs from the New York Stock Exchange. Thus far is his career, Lizotte has been involved in over $7 Billion is successful real estate transactions. Lizotte prides himself on providing superior service and being able to find creative ways to accomplish his clients' goals.

Lizotte began his real estate career while in high school as a general laborer constructing homes. At Hobart College Lizotte majored in architecture and studio art. After college, Lizotte worked for JP Morgan Investment Management investing in commercial real estate all over the United States. While at JP Morgan, Lizotte earned his Masters of Science in Real Estate at New York University.
