Bill Young, Executive Director of Maple Leaf Farm is pleased to announce the promotion of Erin Durivage to Utilization Review Manager. Erin joined the staff in 2007 as an Addictions Treatment Counselor and in 2008 became an Admissions Counselor. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Castleton State College.
Maple Leaf Farm is a 41-bed residential substance abuse treatment center licensed by the State of Vermont and is nationally accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Last year, 929 patients spent 13,920 days at Maple Leaf Farm. In the last five years, over 3,800 men and women from every walk of life throughout Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts have addressed their substance abuse in the non-judgmental and supportive environment offered at the Farm.
