Housing Vermont has welcomed two new staff members. Janet Spitler joins the staff of the statewide nonprofit housing and community development organization as chief financial officer. Janet has extensive experience in real estate investment and banking, most recently as executive vice president of Merchants Bank. As energy project manager, Steven Antinozzi ensures that Housing Vermont follows best practices in the design and management of its building HVAC systems. Before joining Housing Vermont, Steven worked at Kilowatt Technologies where he oversaw the development and implementation of energy conservation projects including substantial work in the design of data collection systems.
