Herrick Ltd., CPAs has announced that John C. Borch has joined the firm as a senior tax associate. Mr. Borch is a graduate of Champlain College and is a member of the Vermont Board of Public Accountants. He previously worked in the captive insurance industry and will focus on U.S. and Canadian taxation as well as the firm’s accounting services, including compilations and reviews of financial statements.
