The Coaching Center of Vermont, Inc (CCVT) of Winooski, and the University of Vermont's Vermont Business Center (UVM/VBC) have announced that the following people have successfully completed the Business Coaching Certificate Program for Leaders and Managers:
Becky Butler from Reliance Steel, Inc.
Randi Brevik from Gardener's Supply Company
Erika Schramm from Vermont Energy Investment Corporation
This program provides a certificate in Business Coaching and two CEU's from the University of Vermont's Vermont Business Center. The three day on-site intensive covers a 5-step coaching model and 15 coaching Proficiencies, and is part of a CoachVille training accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). CoachVille is one of the leading providers of virtual coach training and the ICF is the oldest and largest coach training credentialing organization worldwide.
The Coaching Center of Vermont, Inc., in collaboration with the University of Vermont, also offers an Educator's Coaching Certificate training for Administrators, Team Leaders and Teachers.
