Zoe Erdman, Senior Vice President in the Credit Division at Merchants Bank, has announced the promotion of Dori LaFrance Richards to the position of Underwriting Manager in the Credit Department. In her new position, Richards will be responsible for the residential and consumer loan underwriting and administrative functions of the Credit Department. A native Vermonter, Richards brings more than three decades experience at Merchants Bank to her new position.
“Dori brings many years of underwriting experience, as well as a strong branch banking perspective to her new position,” said Erdman. “She is a skilled credit analyst and loan underwriter, with outstanding leadership and management skills. We are fortunate to have her on our team.”
Richards lives in Essex with her husband, Tom. Outside of work Richards enjoys spending time with her family and friends and takes full advantage of all of the activities that this beautiful state has to offer.
