Lisa Kelley, a realtor with Cummings and Company in Windham, has been named the 2022 Realtor of the Year by the Vermont Association of Realtors. The award — the association’s highest honor — recognizes a realtor member for outstanding commitment to the realtor industry and to their clients and community.
“Lisa exemplifies the spirit and values that make our realtor brand strong,” said VAR CEO Kathy Sweeten. “Her dedication to excellence has profoundly impacted her community and demonstrates the commitment that realtors have to the highest level of service in their profession and in their communities.”
Kelley is president of the Crown Point Board of Realtors, a role she has held for the past three years, and formerly served on the board of directors for the Vermont Association of Realtors.
She also has a long history of community service. Kelley was instrumental in coordinating the Belmont summer music series, which offers free music on the green, and started a summer calendar for residents in Mount Holly, which includes information about area services and a list of summer programs. In addition, she coordinates the vendor program for Cider Days, the largest annual fundraiser in Belmont. As CPBR president, she participates in the board’s community outreach programs, from support for local food shelves to blood drives, fundraising events and more.
