Claremont Savings Bank announces promotion of Smith to CFO

Claremont Savings Bank, a mutual savings bank headquartered in Claremont, New Hampshire announces the promotion of Lynn H. Smith to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). “Lynn has been a valued employee of Claremont Savings Bank for nine years,” said Reggie Greene, President and CEO. “Her promotion to Chief Financial Officer recognizes her increasing responsibilities and leadership position at the Bank,” Greene added.

Smith came to Claremont Savings Bank in 2008 with a great deal of accounting experience. She previously worked for Arthur Anderson and Mesa International (Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Association). Lynn began at Claremont Savings Bank as the Accounting Manager soon being promoted to Vice President, Controller and most recently Senior Vice President of Finance.

“I have truly enjoyed working at Claremont Savings Bank these last nine years,” said Smith. “I love and support Claremont Savings Bank’s passionate focus on customer service and community service. Our financials are very solid and I look forward to continuing to support its financial growth and strength in my role as Chief Financial Officer,” added Smith.

Mrs Smith is currently a Trustee of the Trust for the Town of Sunapee, on the Board of the Abbott Library, and is active in her children’s athletic events. She resides in Sunapee, NH with her husband and two children. Lynn is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and the New England School of Banking.
