Attorney Brian Sullivan, head of the immigration practice at MSK Attorneys in Burlington, has been appointed chair of the Vermont Bar Association Immigration Law Section. The substantive law sections of the VBA help educate its members and others about developments in the law covered by the sections, as well as about needed changes in the law.
The VBA has committees that disseminate the work of substantive law sections to the bar, the public and the Legislature. These committees depend upon the output of substantive law sections to perform those services.
Sullivan is a graduate of the University of Chicago and earned a law degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
