Phoebe Zorn

Phoebe Zorn, director of development and communications at the Pride Center of Vermont, has been promoted to executive director of the Burlington-based LGBTQ+ advocacy organization. She succeeds Chelsey Branham, who has been serving as interim executive director since earlier this year.

Zorn began her tenure at the Pride Center in November 2020 as the organization’s first operations coordinator. Two years later, she was promoted to director of development and communications.

"The board is happy to announce the elevation of Phoebe Zorn in becoming the Pride Center's next executive director," board co-chairs Caryn Olivetti and Daniel Zeese said in a statement. "We could not be more appreciative of Phoebe’s continued commitment to this organization and her eagerness to collaborate on shaping this role and the center as a whole."

Zorn is a sixth-generation Vermonter, having grown up in Montpelier and the Northeast Kingdom before moving to Burlington. Prior to joining the Pride Center, she served for five years as performing arts center coordinator at Main Street Landing.
