“We are excited that Henrietta is joining the leadership team,” said UCS Executive Director Lorna Mattern. “She has extensive experience and will be an asset during this period of change in the industry.”

Prior to her position at the Center for Disability Services, Edgar worked as developmental assistance supervisor for the New York State Office of Persons with Developmental Disabilities; as care manager for the Department of Health’s Health Home and Office for Persons with Developmental Disabilities; and and as community relations manager for LIFEPlan CCO NY.

She holds bachelor degrees in public justice from SUNY Oswego and in community and human services from Empire State University.
