Rutland Regional Medical Center is very pleased to welcome Allison M. Wollen as its new Vice President of Human Resources.
Ms. Wollen comes to Rutland Regional from UMass HealthAlliance Hospital in Leominster, MA, a 150-bed, full service community hospital where she was VP of Human Resources.
Her human resources career has spanned 18 years and includes excellent work as the Director of Human Resources at Children’s Hospital in Boston and St. Barnabas Healthcare System in Kearny, New Jersey. She also has experience teaching HR and business courses at the college level and working in various HR roles in the hospitality and consulting industries. Allison started her professional career as a financial analyst for IBM Corporation.
“I’m very much looking forward to working with the employees of Rutland Regional Medical Center,” Wollen said, “I know there is a great team there that is working hard to become the best community hospital and health system in New England.”
