Kendra has an accomplished ten year track record assisting clients with commercial real estate transactions. Specializing in tenant representation, Kendra previously assisted clients at CB Richard Ellis, Boston, MA and most recently Donahue & Associates, Burlington VT.
Kendra currently serves on the Board of Directors Vermont Special Olympics and is a participant in the Lake Champlain Chamber Leadership
Champlain Class of 2021. In 2016 she was the recipient of the VT Business Magazine Rising Star Award.
Pomerleau is also pleased to announce the appointment of Bradford Worthen to the position of Vice President Commercial and Business Brokerage. Mr. Worthen has 20 years’ experience assisting clients with navigating complex leasing, selling and acquisition scenarios.
Before joining the Pomerleau Team in 2016, Mr. Worthen worked for the late Bob Miller, REM Development, Williston VT and VT Commercial, Burlington VT. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce, the American Red Cross and is Vice Chair of the Vermont Rail Action Network.
