Donovan, AICP, has joined the firm as a Senior Project Manager and Assistant Director of the firm’s Environmental and Natural Resources Division. Mr. Donovan has thirty years of planning and project management experience for major facility, land development, transportation, and infrastructure projects throughout New England, with extensive project experience in the Upper Valley region of New Hampshire and Vermont. Mr. Donovan resides in Lebanon, New Hampshire and is based out of the firm’s Randolph, Vermont office.
