The VT/NH Marketing Group, a not-for profit group that offers networking and affordable education to marketers, recently confirmed its new slate of board members drawn from successful businesses throughout New England. Board members are dedicated individuals that believe education is the key to successful business growth. They all generously give of their time to help research the most relevant topics and best speakers to enhance the organization’s educational programs. Each board member commits to a two-year term and may serve up to three consecutive terms.
Newly named to the VT/NH Marketing Group board were:
• Board President Chris DeMartine of Lebanon, N.H., director of business at NextMark in Hanover. He succeeds outgoing long-time president David Schraffenberger of Williston, Vt., general manager at Production Advantage in Williston.
• Board Secretary Samantha Dube of Jefferson, N.H., marketing manager at Casey Research in Stowe, Vt.
• Rob Bean of Arlington, Vt., COO & CEO at Orvis in Sunderland, Vt.
• Michael Briggs of Marlborough, N.H., president of @Website Publicity in Peterborough, N.H.
• Michael Bedient of Windham, N.H., director of sales for UPS in Watertown, Mass.
• Melissa Howley of Nashua, N.H., director of marketing at Keepsake Quilting in Center Harbor, N.H.
The group also re-elected several individuals to new terms, including:
• New Board Vice President Shari LaPierre of Dublin, N.H., administration manager at MEI Search Consultants in Dublin.
• Board Treasurer David Wilson of Littleton, N.H., director of fulfillment at Littleton Coin Company in Littleton.
• Linda Mitchell of Lower Waterford, Vt., retired professor at Lyndon State College in Lyndonville, Vt.
