NBT Bank has promoted Rob Roy to regional commercial banking manager and welcomed Jameson Roberts as vice president, commercial banking relationship manager in Vermont.
In his new role, Roy is responsible for overseeing the Vermont commercial lending team as it helps business clients manage their financial needs and grow their operations. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont and the New England School of Banking at Williams College.
Roberts, who first worked for NBT from 2019 to 2023, is responsible for new business development and management of a loan portfolio, along with maintaining and building customer relationships. He is a graduate of Colorado State University and holds an MBA from Champlain College.
