Murphy Sullivan Kronk (“MSK”) is pleased to announce that Damien J. Leonard has joined the firm as an associate attorney and that Elizabeth Mullikin Drake has become Of Counsel to MSK.
Elizabeth’s practice focuses on commercial and financing transactions and on organizational management for public, nonprofit and private organizations. Her experience working with CFOs, operations centers, government agencies and financial institutions in Vermont and across the country, together with her understanding of how companies work from the inside, gives her a unique perspective on how to successfully manage and close complex transactions with multiple parties across the public/private spectrum.
Elizabeth’s areas of practice include commercial transactions, financing and commercial real estate. Damien’s areas of practice include land use permitting and litigation, and real estate transactions and litigation.
