Lamoille Health Partners, a federally qualified health center providing integrated primary care, dental, behavioral health and physical therapy services throughout the Lamoille Valley, has promoted Chief Medical Officer Lance Broy, M.D., to CEO. In his new role, Broy will continue to provide patient care while leading the organization.
Broy earned his bachelor's, master's and medical degrees from West Virginia University and later became a certified physician executive through the American Association of Physician Leaders. He also holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
“Dr. Broy has demonstrated an exceptional balance of clinical expertise, collaborative leadership, and genuine care for both patients and staff,” said Peter G. Anderson, chair of the organization's board of directors. “The board is confident that his thoughtful approach and steadfast dedication to community health will guide the organization into a strong and sustainable future, which for the first time in its history will be a physician-directed enterprise.”
