Brattleboro Memorial Hospital announces Gina Pattison has accepted the position of Director of Development and Marketing and will start on December 1, 2014.
Pattison has been employed by the American Cancer Society for the past 13 years, first as a Community Executive on the development team and then as Senior Director of Distinguished Events. Her fundraising experience includes coordination and execution of signature ACS initiatives such as Relay For Life, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and Daffodil Days, as well as major gift campaigns, galas and golf tournaments.
“Gina brings a wealth of fundraising experience and incredible energy to BMH,” says BMH President and CEO, Steven R. Gordon. “We are very excited to have her lead our development and marketing efforts.”
A lifelong resident of Windham County, Pattison has served on the Development Committee at BMH as well as the committees and boards of several other local organizations, including Youth Services, Brattleboro Retreat, and United Way of Windham County. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Vermont. She currently resides in Vernon with her husband Rob and their two children Jack (10) and Kaitlyn (8).
BMH has provided health care services for over one hundred years. A licensed, 61-bed, not-for-profit community hospital located in southeastern Vermont, it serves a rural population of about 55,000 people in 22 towns in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. The medical staff includes 137 board-certified physicians, both primary care and many specialists, and its 572 employees enjoy the help of over 110 active volunteers.
