DEW Construction has promoted employees Chris Bertrand, Matt Cadieux and Conor Donnelly and hired new team members Charlie Burzlaff and Nicholas Wright.
Bertrand, with over 30 years of industry experience, was promoted from vice president of field operations to vice president of business development for the northern region. His deep knowledge of DEW’s operations and culture, along with his strong client relationships, make him an ideal fit for his new role.
Cadieux, with over 28 years of experience in the construction industry, was elevated from senior superintendent to general superintendent. In his new role, he will oversee field personnel from DEW’s Williston office, manage field planning and ensure successful project execution.
Donnelly, who has been with DEW for nearly a decade, was promoted from director of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection to vice president of preconstruction. In his new position, he will oversee the estimating, preconstruction and MEP departments developing strategies to manage risk and protect project margins.
Burzlaff joins DEW as a superintendent, bringing decades of industry experience. His responsibilities include supervising the River Lofts at Cable Mills project in Williamstown, Massachusetts; managing field staff; coordinating subcontractors; and ensuring timely, cost-effective project completion while maintaining a safe work environment.
Wright, a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, joins DEW as a project engineer. In this role, he will support project managers and superintendents in coordinating resources for smooth project execution.
